How to Locate Cases

Cases are published chronologically in reporters. Reporters may have a jurisdictional or a topical focus.

Digests are separate resources that allow researchers to identify cases that relate to a particular legal issue, and then provide the citations to those cases so that researchers can locate them within the reporters.
