Introduction

China's intellectual property law must increasingly be accessed worldwide, as demand for Chinese products and services continues to grow, even during times of economic downturn.  This research guide provides information/access to selected English language resources on intellectual property law in the People's Republic of China (PRC).

Jee Won "Anna" Shin, a student at the University of Iowa College of Law, authored this Research Guide as part of the course requirements for the fall 2013 Foreign, Comparative, and International Law Advanced Legal Research course.
