There are no general regulations pertaining to federal civil procedure.

Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations deals with Judicial Administration. Should you need regulations dealing with the Department of Justice, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., Bureau of Prisons, Office(s) of Independent Counsel, Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia, National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Council, or the overlap of the Department of Justice and the Department of State, consult 28 CFR.
