Description

China Legal Knowledge (CLKD) provides access to authoritative legal content from the People’s Republic of China, with coverage from 1949 to the present. Available through the CNKI platform, it includes three sub-databases—Laws and Regulations, Cases, and Literary Papers—alongside content from government gazettes and contract documents. CLKD's collection features over 3.7 million scholarly works on topics such as civil and commercial law, environmental law, criminal law, and more. This database's interface is in Chinese.
