Description

This database from the International Committee of the Red Cross provides access to the rules of customary international humanitarian law that provide legal protection to victims during armed conflicts. Part One analyzes the customary rules that apply in international and non-international armed conflict. Part Two summarizes state practices that relate to these rules as expressed in national legislation, military manuals, case law, and other publications. This database is an updated, online equivalent of the print publication with the same name that is located on the Ground Floor at KZ6462 .C87 2005.
