Web versions of bilateral treaties to which the United States IS a party are found in a variety of places. The most recent treaties will probably be the hardest treaties to find. For the most recent treaties try the website of the United States Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

A critical resource regarding both US bilateral and multilateral treaties is the United States Department of State Treaties in Force, published annually by the United States Department of State Department of Treaty Affairs. It's also available in print: Law Library JX236 1929c.

Treaties in Force is a critical finding aid for citations to various publications providing the full text of bilateral and multilateral treaties to which the US is a party.
