Journal Resources
Use LexisNexis, Westlaw, Index to Legal Periodicals, the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals, and other law article databases to find law review articles containing references to bilateral treaties to which the United States is a party. Access these databases from the Law Library Electronic Resources Page. Only UIowa law students have access to LexisNexis and Westlaw, and must use their vendor-issued user names and passwords.

Note that this database contains ONLY back issues, the JSTOR database does not include issues for the most recent 3 to 5 years. Consult the online tables of contents for specific holdings information as coverage varies for each title.
