A guide to the services, collections, locations, policies and rules of the Law Library.

Interlibrary Loan

Books and periodical articles unavailable in the University of Iowa Law Library or another campus library may be obtained by eligible borrowers through interlibrary loan. The interlibrary loan staff performs thorough searches using a national bibliographic utility, OCLC, to find materials needed by the researcher. Please allow a minimum of three weeks’ time when requesting materials on interlibrary loan.

Interlibrary loan request forms are available at the Circulation Desk. Questions may be directed to the Circulation/lnterlibrary Loan Librarian.
