Computing and Technology: Getting Help

Introduction

The University's Information Technology Services (ITS) is the primary point of contact for College of Law computing issues.

ITS staff assist with issues related to:

  • email access,
  • wireless Internet access,
  • printing in the library,
  • exam software support,
  • software installation and support,
  • computer lab and workstation computers,
  • basic virus and malware removal,
  • computer purchasing,
  • and troubleshooting or advice on any personal device or technology related issue

ITS in-person support is available at 2800 University Capitol Centre (2nd floor of the Old Capitol Mall, at 200 South Capitol Street).
